I work remotely. I correspond with my manager more than anyone else. I knew when I interviewed that he and I would be able to work well together. I had job offers from other companies, but working with my manager and the pay offered were bonuses for me.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I'm paid well for the services I offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know a lot about my leadership team, but the company seems to be doing okay.
What makes you most happy at work?
I consider house plans to be like working on a puzzle. A good puzzle keeps my mind active.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't interact a lot with my team aside from emails and the occasional teams call. I mostly interact with my manger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm a remote worker. Having the flexibility to work from home is a blessing. I'm a self-starter and don't need to be micro-managed. My manager gets me the work that needs done, and I accomplish it. I appreciate his laid-back leadership and trust in my abilities.
