They need to follow, Equal opportunity to all employees. They don't value some employees. They treated night shift making them 6 day a week. For the last 3 months. They're exhausted with no time to spend with their family, and they get in trouble if they show up late on Saturday

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm only valued when they need me and sometimes, they ask you to do too much. I feel like I'm just the fill in. I feel like they discriminate against gender here. If there was better recognition and a little bit higher pay the job might be worth considering

it really needs to start with the leadership team and upper management. Employees need better recognition, there needs to be less micromanagement, and the way management engages with employees needs to improve
