There has been alot of changes this year that has brought moral down. Prior to this year, this was a company I loved. But these times have made me feel like a disposable employee regardless of how much effort I put into my role.

It's been good and it's nice to have a good work/life balance with no pressure that makes you feel bad when you take time off. I've worked at 2 locations and the job has been great, but it seems the local/regional communication is lacking.

I have a positive experience, the mix of giant corporation and small business feel is a great balance. sometimes that does create obstacles, but not too often.

The insurance, retirement plan and supplemental options are great. I think there is some room for improvement on bonus' and wages, mainly due to the area we live in. cost of living is much higher than most places.

Our insurance is great and I love that there is a sliding scale which makes it to where the less you make then the less you pay on your end for insurance.

The fact of new hires coming in at a much greater salary than a seasoned employee (5+ years) and even when it comes to yearly reviews the management doesn't make any adjustments for it. It's given as an across the board percent increase so I will never catch up to their pay.

Based on my experience ive made lots more money. I took a big pay cut to work here. If rent and living costs werent so high I would possibly have enough money to get by.

They are SO loud. I really wish they would learn to manage the noise level so we can all work in a moderately quiet environment. The noises and repeated words that come out of my coworker closest to my desk are obnoxious and unnecessary.

It can be challenging working with the current team at this location. I am very customer first oriented and not everyone here is. I have a very hard time with lazy or poor customer service.

There's been a lot of changes in our region and we seem to be kept in the dark on what that holds for our future. Employees see things changing but management never communicates or gives us reassurance to know we are stable at the company.
