This year's medical benefits are over the top, the best since I started working here. This will be my last year only on company HI and I will be moving onto Medicare. My docs did lots of investigative tests. This year most were a covered cost as preventive care. The goal is to keep us healthy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately - no one seems to be able to make ends meet these days. More political than anything, in my opinion.

I have worked with this company 20 years and my wages are 2x minimum wage, currently less than the starting pay for new yard workers. To pay my rent, utilities and expenses, I had to start Social Security and fortunately I just passed my full retirement age. Retirement to me means finding a new job.

I work for the market and not a specific location. I do not believe the bonus pool is shared in the best way.

The fact of new hires coming in at a much greater salary than a seasoned employee (5+ years) and even when it comes to yearly reviews the management doesn't make any adjustments for it. It's given as an across the board percent increase so I will never catch up to their pay.

Some of the team still seem to care about the job. Again - no one seems to care like they used to. That means in general throughout the country (not just BFS)

They are SO loud. I really wish they would learn to manage the noise level so we can all work in a moderately quiet environment. The noises and repeated words that come out of my coworker closest to my desk are obnoxious and unnecessary.

Passive aggressive behavior is not necessary from a coworker who's training others. Less use of Teams and more personal interaction.

It can be challenging working with the current team at this location. I am very customer first oriented and not everyone here is. I have a very hard time with lazy or poor customer service.

Management allows favorite employees to do whatever they want without consequences, while holding other employees accountable to the same offenses

There's been a lot of changes in our region and we seem to be kept in the dark on what that holds for our future. Employees see things changing but management never communicates or gives us reassurance to know we are stable at the company.
