Raises cycle can stay the same, but EE should be able to receive backpay at new pay scale for service over 1 year since hire
Elsevier: Being cared. We have brilliant colleagues around the company who devote themselves to our mission.
Risepoint: Started out great, and then slowly company started chipping away at some of the perks. My manager doesn't give me feedback ever and comments on my Impact Reviews are clearly AI. Since integration, never felt part of team and nothing gets communicated that impacts my daily work. No room for growth.
Tractor Supply Company: The information was kind, but kindness about TSC is entirely wrong.
Concentrix: I have worked for this company for 7 years and have been on 3 different client contracts. They have each been equally challenging. The biggest fear I have is that since I have been moved we worry every day about getting pulled into the meeting to say the contract is ending with nowhere to go.
