Company Description
RHI AG is a global supplier of high-grade refractory products, systems, and services, which are necessary for industrial high-temperature processes. Most of the company's revenue comes from customers in the steel industry. Other customers are in the cement, nonferrous metals, glass, energy, and chemical industries. Roughly half of the company's revenue is generated in western Europe and Asia. Remaining revenue is primarily from the United States and Canada, South America and Mexico, the Middle East and Africa, and eastern Europe.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Structure, feeling like a number and even was told by Kristin during the interview process when hired what to say so I would get hired by the hiring manager. UNPROFESSIONAL - Now I understand she was just trying to fill openings and didn't care about the needs of the department, just filling it.
