Company Description
Provider of a modular music creation system designed to open up new possibilities for musical expression. The company's music creation system is a three-dimensional pressure-sensing keyboard with a rubber foam style covering which responds to changes in pressure, enabling music-makers be more expressive by manipulating sound.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Nearly all of the non-upper management at ROLI were brilliant to work with, warm welcoming and helpful. Can't say the same about the upper management however

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It needs to be ran as a business and not as a vanity project
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fairer treatment between long-term employees and new ones. I.e. Don't make the new starter share personal information so they can attend regular medical appts when the long-serving members are off for a swim together in working hours on a weekly basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
ROLI Does not value new employees, the onboarding is diabolical and the pay is far too low for the level of self management expected. New responsibilities and sometimes entire other roles will be pushed on to you with no mention or sight of additional compensation
