My experience has merit. We are free to deliver in our own way. Everyone pulls their own weight without passing the buck.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing feedback when we deliver a new feature. There is always some perspective that I never would have thought of in my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how available the leadership team has been, especially after the growth we are seeing. I've yet to be turned away when I have an idea or concern. At previous companies the leadership seemed to be insulated from most of the employees.
