They want me to be successful, they care about me as a person. They do everything they can to help me achieve my goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, everyone has each other's backs and wants each other to succeed. Lots of collaboration, and help to uplevel each other. There are a few that don't contribute to that and expect everyone else to help them but then are never willing to help others.
