It has been my favorite job so far throughout my career. It is a a great mix of startup excitement but with security of a much larger company.

Transparent, Supportive, Low Ego, Willing to admin when wrong decisions were made & how we are moving in the proper direction to correct that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very accepting and encouraging of everyone bringing their authentic selves to work every day which fosters teamwork and a feeling of belonging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of Route is always willing and able to help each other out with a question or project if need be, even if everyone is under a tight workload. I've also found the Route tribe to be above average thinking out of the box skills and willing to be creative to find solutions to any problem.
