What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and they trust their team. They aren't afraid to receive challenging feedback and they are thoughtful in their response. I don't always agree with their decisions, but I always feel I have the opportunity to be heard and my feedback is given due consideration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Leadership regularly evaluates compensation with the market and takes it into consideration during performance reviews. I love the 100% paid health insurance and since I use the lower-cost HSA plan, the difference is contributed to my HSA account so I get an equal benefit with the higher cost plan.
