What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the bonus structure, as well as the opportunity to earn equity at my year mark with the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Probably the people I work with, along with the impact (even if perceived) that I have in solving problems of various sizes and priorities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I sort of mentioned this before, but will highlight it again here. I think the most positive thing about the culture/environment at Route is the welcoming nature and openness to growth, feedback, and accountability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the openness, the willingness to improve, the sincerity, the humility, and all-around knowledge, approach, and perspective that my colleagues bring to the table. All in all, it is just a healthy environment of growth, accountability, and feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that the changes I have made since being in my position have made a big impact. Even the market adjustment I received was slightly discouraging, especially when factoring in that there is a company I recently interviewed with that would be starting me at almost a 100% raise for the same job.
