Route is a great company to work for. It's fast based but has a great product and great opportunity. I would like more chances to work completely remotely and have a better work-life balance. The sales goals can be hard to hit so thinking about job security is stressful at times but overall good.

My team is selfless, hardworking, and dedicated and we are constantly helping each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just like my compensation package as a whole compared to my last company it is a step up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my co-workers, performing at a high level, and hitting my numbers. Being recognized for hard work and our Sales Kickoff meetings are always a blast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the opportunity to work from home and remotely. The new office is great. I wish we had more ways to detach at work like a ping pong table, video game room, or things similar to that, and maybe a schedule on when catered meals will be in the office so we know if we need to bring lunch or not.
