I've worked at Route since the beginning of February, and I've loved it so far. There was obviously a learning curve, as there would be with any job, but with the help of people on my team, I've gotten past that. I feel like I've already been able to make a valuable impact for Route customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid very well, and I also have the option to work from home, or be in the office. Personally, I love being able to work from home so that I can see my kids more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since I started working at Route, every person on my team has been super willing to assist me in any part of the work that has been challenging. They are also super relatable and fun people to work and hang out with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I honestly really enjoy problem solving. The position that I have involves a lot of debugging, which I actually enjoy a lot because it feels like solving problems. I've started being more involved in bigger projects as well, which will only increase my job satisfaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Definitely the option to work from home is an amazing attribute of the culture of the company. Not everyone works best from home, but not everyone works best in an office. Having that sort of flexibility allows the employees to work in whatever manner suits them best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been at Route for almost 4 months, and it has seemed like the leadership team is very dedicated to making sure the employees enjoy being at Route. This includes not only great pay and benefits, but the leadership team seems to always be looking for more ways to make the employees happy.
