I have joined Route 2 years ago. And is like I have been here for almost 10 years. I don't see myself looking into new opportunities, what we have right now and we are building, I hope will be the highest point of my career.

We all share a clear goal, and divide the objectives in order to every team reach it. This transparency is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture and my teammates. Challenges in work, we can see everywhere, having trust in everybody you're going to meet is quite exceptional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ryan always push us to follow the Radical Candor culture, we all do, after reading the book I have seen much more than just a company. And is reflected positive in our day to day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very well integrated team, we trust each other in any and every case, in all projects. We have companionship and clear communication, in case of difficulties through any scenario, we are there for each other.
