I have been with this company for many years and the culture / work environment has gotten worse over the years. It use to be a place people enjoyed working at and now the overall environment is depressing and the employees are not happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting fair raises. Having the staff be paid in equivalent to the executives. It is crazy that executives are making over 300 times what the lowest paid person is making.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no loyalty. The employees just feel they are numbers and aren't cared about. They expect us to work and do the job of multiple people yet we are lucky to get a 1% raise with a great review while the leadership team is getting a LOT more than that. There is no reward for doing a good job.
