The insurance offered through the Ryder that I work at is atrocious and Ryder should be embarrassed that they offer such shody insurance to their employees. The insurance is the bare minimum that can be offered.

Great group of people to work with.

Well I work night shift the hours of 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. and we work as a team understanding each other asking each other questions to get through the night if we running to any obstacles all night personnel operate professional and we help each other

The most positive thing about working for the company is working with motivated people that understand Rider and understand they trying to build with rider even though a lot of us do not like to pay that we are getting paid we still understand the concept of fixing commercial vehicles and we believe

The team, on a local level, really makes the company. They're who you interact with the most. The people always make a company what it is.

Ryder trusts managers to be independent tactical and innovative leaders. Holding people accountable, but in a positive way that allows idea generation and inclusivity for employees.

Going home is what makes me most happy at work. The skills I possess combined with the unique work I do along with the fact that I am the only one in my position to do said work means that I am overworked and underpaid.

Toxic environment and clueless management. Proximo, the customer would probably agree. Mostly based around two of those in leadership roles there.

The structure and culture does not match the mission statement. They do not really care about the people, just getting bonuses for the management. Hourly employees are given the obligatory pizza though!
