It's a excellent company but management do not help you to get to the next level far as diesel mechanic and more pay $24 an hour is on the low end the amount of work I do for Rider I know how to perform all mechanical duties on a semi tractor but I'm a level two mechanic don't understand

Well I work night shift the hours of 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. and we work as a team understanding each other asking each other questions to get through the night if we running to any obstacles all night personnel operate professional and we help each other
