I love how well we are all able to reach out to one another and are not afraid to ask for help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that I am always supported by my team and most importantly supported by my manager. I believe Amanda and Renz have both been extremely eager to be helpful towards my career progression.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I am able to work in comfort of my own home and use unlimited PTO. Also I am able to use my managers experience to help better my colleagues day to day tasks to be more efficient as a team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is how well they are able to take learners under their wing and support them along the way. I believe this is so that subordinates have their support for better career progressions and opportunities for their futures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I could be better compensated at my current position because of my excellent and mature patient bedside manner. I have 6 years experience of direct patient care from working within the clinical setting. This has only enhanced my current work flows as a PSC to be more compassionate.
