It's been a great year here, enjoy the people and the work. Can't believe how long I spent at big companies taking so long to get work done - if you want to go fast, get rewarded, paid well, get promoted, and work with great people - Sanguine is it!
I think there is a great opportunity to shine while still working as a team. The onboarding was great 1:1 time with the manager and really set the feel for the comforting environment.

It's been a good experience overall. There are some processes that need some fine tuning and I'm participating in some tasks that I don't particularly enjoy but I feel as though they are making me a better employee and a more valuable member of the team. I like working for Sanguine.
