The company is very supportive with a great culture and provides excellent work/life balance which is very important to me. I love working 100% remotely.

It's been a short time for me but I fee like the company will reward hard work. If you're doing your job well, you'll have autonomy. If not, someone will let you know that you have to pick up the pace.
I can go to any one in the company at any time and ask for help and I have never felt anything other than supported. Every one is always willing to go above and beyond to help each other out.

Even though we are all remote, i find that everyone has a pretty open door policy. Everyone is willing to jump in and answer questions quickly
