The teamwork is phenomenal. Everyone is working together towards a goal and I've never had an issue asking for help from anyone when needed.

Everyone is open to helping you with an issue and if they can't are able to steer you in the right direction to someone who can.

It truly feels like everyone is pushing towards a common goal. Of course different teams can quantify that in different ways, but the overall success is always in mind.

Paid market value and also have a great bonus system. It puts the control in your hands and the success of the company reflects the bonus received (not just personal performance).
