Salary is far above world's average. I don't expect to see anything in that range anywhere else.

Coworkers, the ambition of the project, the specifics of my job that no other company would hire me for.

The interview process is transparent. The difficulty is here but is fitting the caliber of people that are hired.

Coworkers are world's best talent. They also all fit the company's culture, which is the number one hiring factor, above technical skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Big respect for personal life, everyone is humble but ambitious. Honesty pays a lot. I've never seen office politics lasting more than a few days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Amazing Knowledge, best experience in the world, and tons of humility. Good balance between humility and need to push for decisions for fast production. Leaders are for the growth of each team member and never put themselves forward. Very little politics, focus is on the project.
