Best retail job I've done. Job can be repetitive, but the customers are usually good. It's the people that make the job so it will depend on your coworkers.

Keeping busy. It can get slow at times (depending on the store) and time slows down with it

Very supportive. Open book, you're able to talk to them about anything and they'll do what they can to assist.

A joy to be around. Can be very casual around them and it makes the job a lot easier to do. Time flies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive (surprising for a tradie oriented company, I know) - everyone is respectful and friendly. Role culture means everything is clearly described and explained so it's easy to know what you're doing
