There are some people on the team who are an absolute joy to work with, and really work hard. Making it a pleasure to be there every shift.
We have a great dynamic, we are mostly from different careers/backgrounds and work together very well with a great range of knowledge and skills.
Love the feeling of team, everyone gets on and gets things done. It doesn't feel unbalanced at all. When the work is done, we still make sure our customers are served which is important but also have a laugh and joke whilst doing so.
