What do you like best about the leadership team?
amazing all round team that listens
being apart of the leadership team i find we all click very well and with the staff aswell
They work in a way that is supportive and don't act on figures alone.
all work together well and have good support
The manager makes the day fun most of the time. However, some days when we have staff off work on a sick day it's very testing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their team and treating staff respectfully.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get 12% contribution into my pension from the company and I only have to put in 8% myself.
The discount is handy to have.
The loyalty reward programme they do is a great incentive for anyone who is looking at staying with the retail/trade sector. I feel they reward their longest standing members of staff fairly.

What are some of the best things about your team?
have the best team around me
everyone is great and knows what they need to be doing
Decent, pleasant, fair-minded, hard-working people.
we have a diverse team, they all bring something to the table
They're all really nice and friendly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
all be held accountable to the same standard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone gets along and is happy
It is an open environment where you can be yourself.
We all look out for each other
you feel like you're part of a family

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
credit people for what they do
What did you like most about the interview process?
They interview you as a person ensuring you will fit into the team. It is not a business only interview so if you would create conflict within the current team they will need a brilliant reason to hire you keeping their current staff happy and upbeat.
It was reasonably informal, and not too stressful
very comfortable, had a joke and laugh with the interviewer
Again when I was interviewed, there were parts that needed structured questions but a lot of it was just a relaxed conversation with the manager of the store to see what it is you can bring to the team.
The interviewing manager made me feel at ease.

What makes you most happy at work?
everything such an amazing place to be at
helping the customers and seeing my staff happy
Sending customers away happy with what we've done for them
Speaking to nice customers and getting to know so many different people
Being able to help our customers find what it is they are looking for, not just in an everyday thing but when someone is genuinely thankful for your help. I think in particular the older generation, they come in seeking help and advice and they feel so happy when they get the help they need.
