What do you like best about the leadership team?
amazing all round team that listens
being apart of the leadership team i find we all click very well and with the staff aswell
They work in a way that is supportive and don't act on figures alone.

The manager makes the day fun most of the time. However, some days when we have staff off work on a sick day it's very testing.

I like the fact that it doesn't feel like a pressure when the area manager comes down. My first thought when he comes down is "better get the kettle on then" which I really enjoy about my leadership team.
The good ones lead by example.

Listening to their team and treating staff respectfully.
