everyone gets along and is happy
It is an open environment where you can be yourself.

There isn't a lot of positives to put here. If any.
We have some staff of different cultures and background at Screwfix which I feel works really well with our customers as there is always someone they can relate to when they come in. I love working with people of different cultures as I love learning about them and their culture.
We have a voice thar gets listened to, Lots of interaction if wanted through social media.
