What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is transparent & always open to feedback or new ideas. They have built a culture that encourages innovation & thinking outside of the box without judgement. All ideas are seriously considered & it's amazing. Every opinion is valued.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The owners of our company pay for 100% of our Health, Vision & Dental insurance! They also help partially fund our HSA & give a 401k contribution. A few years ago we also established an unlimited PTO schedule & flexible work hours.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our work family is the best. We hire like minded people so it makes it easy to work hard & play hard together.
