What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything, and I very literally, mean everything. Unfortunately, there is not one single thing that doesn't need improvement. They are abusive and harass me even though my scores are good. I'm a fortyish widowed/ single mom/ cancer patient with disabilities being bullied while trying to work.

It started out ok. I was very thankful for the job, and enjoyed the work, but despite doing well each day as a new employee I have been mistreated and abused. I'm a fortyish widow/ single mom/ cancer patient with disabilities and every day is worse than the one before-and I've only worked six shifts

Major culture and business integrity concerns. Company is renowned for hire and fire policy and extreme working hours. Management is arrogant and conceited, and the company is known for shady pay practices - unless you're a "blue-chip" you'll be paid below market

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Providing work for every one.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

This is a good company. It's a good opportunity. If people make work, they need flexible hours but there is no instruction coming from the stores. And they seem to be cutting the pay to below minimum wage as of January 5, 2024.
