They listen to you if we have issues they try to fix it. Everybody's on the same page.
They usually are pretty attentive to the messages and using the system, but as of late they are not.

Make culture a priority, and actually care about your employees. Put your "core values" in practice instead of just preaching them
Everything, and I very literally, mean everything. Unfortunately, there is not one single thing that doesn't need improvement. They are abusive and harass me even though my scores are good. I'm a fortyish widowed/ single mom/ cancer patient with disabilities being bullied while trying to work.
