What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a straighforward team that communicates goals and direction well. A regular "town hall" cadence hosted by our CEO keeps everyone (globally) informed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to overachieve is not limited in any way. There is a direct lineage from results to compensation that is easy to calculate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Time off is encouraged to the point where the company mandates time off for every employee. Certain days we are essentially closed except for a skeleton crew to support our customers. There is never a work/life balance but at Sisense they peacefully co-exist.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a remote employee - access to my team give me the ability to leverage the experience of people in the office. Other than the free coffee - I don't feel like there is a culture or execution gap between being remote or office based.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved at a pace that was good for me as a candidate not just the employer. The process felt very much like a two-way street. If something felt stalled the executive responsible for my team was always responsive to my calls. I was never ghosted.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am new to this space. The enthusiasm from my colleagues and willingness to share expertise makes the onramp to success fast. I get to solve some of the most challenging problems for our customers on a daily basis. It's great to see what happens after a sale not just collect a Purchase Order.
