They really need to all move on.
Everything. They aren't leaders. Selfish people who only look out for themselves.
They need to clean house, sales leadership is dishonest and everyone is leaving because of them. They are not an intelligent bunch
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall package and perks
Unlimited vacations and sport compensation
the better I perform, I believe I'm fairly compensated for it. Ultimately I know my work is being valued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's clearly a very bad tech stack so sales people should get paid way more.
Sinking ship that cannot become the great company it once was.
Pay is dramatically lower than market and the territories are a joke. The favored few are given the prime territories and everyone else is left with scraps. Not a single person is making quota in 2021 in the US. Org has not even hit 50% of quota in years, they lie and say people are making quota
High base to compensate for not making commissions. Company failed at an outbound sales model. Realized it 2 years too late.

My co-workers were good, they all have left or are leaving. Commissions used to be good but nobody is making money anymore. Culture was great until this year now it’s tox

Leadership is shady they need to go. They treat people like crap, all the good people have left. Culture is dead
