Getting used to flexible time off Like the self care and coming up for air days - where everyone in the company takes a day off once per month or quarter and there is no expectation to be available on slack or email.

No reward for growth. There is some encouragement to grow your professional skill set. But once you do, the company doesn't really care how good you are at your job. If you're an A+ start or are barely scraping along, if you're on the same team, you're probably getting the same salary.
