Diverse tech backgrounds, we each have knowledge that each other doesn't already have - able to consult with each other on issues effectively.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I figure out the solution to an issue with a customer - paired troubleshooting with the customer is very rewarding when we figure out how to fix or do something.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting used to flexible time off Like the self care and coming up for air days - where everyone in the company takes a day off once per month or quarter and there is no expectation to be available on slack or email.
