Getting to figure out the answer to something that I did not have the answer to the day before. It's always a welcomed challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent, very honest, and clear about expectations. While they do these things well, they also place value on a strong culture, and promote that above anything else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are VERY smart. They are also very willing to help out. It's great to be able to work together toward a shared goal - we bond over that as the goals are clear and actionable by us.
