I LOVE working at Sisense. They are a people-first company and really go out of their way to show you that. The people are A+ and although we all come from different walks of life, we all have so much in common -- the love and compassion we share for one another.

the people, culture, how transparent leadership is around business updates and the authenticity of everyone.

They are very open and transparent. Our CEO sends out a weekly video to give us updates on the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits, I feel like I'm barely paying for medical coverage. Also received equity in the company, relocation assistance, unlimited PTO and so much more!
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
building on the foundation that has been established in terms of DEI initiatives. I know Sisense cares about its people now we just have to continue doing the work
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewers made it very clear that they had structured interview questions in place. They also always left time for me to ask my own questions. The process itself moved very fast.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all welcoming and friendly, starting on Day 1. They live by our values and are the most authentic, caring bunch of people I've worked with. I've made great friends in and out of the office.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the beautiful faces of my coworkers. Setting up 1:1s to catch up. Being able to partake in the Sisense Sizzle or Whiskey Wednesdays. Events dedicated to our professional development and well being (i.e., HIIT workouts with Howard). So much to love about working at Sisense!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Authentic culture with very compassionate people. Management truly cares about our mental well being with self care days and internal meeting-less days. We have unlimited PTO and slack channels dedicated to showing off our kids and pets. I truly feel like I can be myself around my coworkers.
