Leadership team needs to be replaced, the CEO leads with an iron fist and has at times verbally abused staff and be littled them.
Replace the CEO with someone that has at least a marginal amount of EQ. The lack of compassion and understanding from the CEO is appalling.
The culture is beyond terrible, it mainly stems from the staff being paranoid about being be-littled by the CEO or concerned about being fired or made redundant without any heads up or notice.
