Bully nurses are tolerated and make everyone's life miserable. Was told to just ignore them. Management is aware they are a problem. Result is high turnover and word of mouth, don't work there.

Get rid of bully nurses. We need to work as a team.

No problems. Travel ER manager was new, but did a good job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many great providers and co-workers. 2-3 make life miserable for all and don't do their fairshare of the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A team that eases human suffering and saves lives in the ER. Most everyone helps everyone else whenever possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Covid is a nightmare in the ER. Need hazard pay and then some. Many ER and ICU nurses are being paid over $100/hour compared to $35/hour
