Swell has a culture of taking care of each other, and yourself while empowering employees to do quality work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership regularly interacts with employees to check in and see how we're doing. They incentivize good work, and prioritize mental health.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that it was a casual conversation to see if the it was good in both directions, rather than feeling like it was a test.

Swell has been the best company I've ever worked for. The start up scene has been great and Swell's leadership team has been supportive and flexible as we grow.

Swell is truly committed to making the life of its employees better. Managers are instructed to hold frequent 1-on-1 to get to know their employees better and help anyway they can, even with personal life problems.
