It was a short, clear, and direct hiring process with open and honest communication.
How transparent Swell was with their compensation plan.
It was a very casual interview that felt like there was no pressure to perform or present yourself in a certain way. It felt like a conversation to see if you would enjoy doing what you are being interviewed to do.
Getting to know the hiring manager over multiple calls with different interviewers mostly focusing on culture fit
