What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy and transparency, aligned Vision
Their availability and willingness to communicate directly with anyone in the company, regardless of role.
They have clear and honest communication. I feel driven and motivated. I feel like they are in the trenches with us. They listen to my feedback and they support my ideas and growth.
They take the time to get to know us.
The leadership team is willing to be more transparent about the status and direction of the company as a whole than what I've experienced before.

Work is not a competitive sport.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
100% paid premiums for myself and my whole family, unlimited flex PTO

I can't say I have a "best part." I love the unlimited PTO. The benefits package is always growing because they listen to what we want and try to make it happen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Blanket benefits, all bark but no bite when it comes to culture and benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive, hardworking team members make it easier to tackle challenges when they come up
Positive people who seem to sincerely enjoy working together
Having a clearly defined Company Vision and goals set in place to get us there as an aligned team.
I feel like they trust me and I trust them. They trust my ideas and trust my insights and suggestions. I trust them because they encourage me to learn. They give me a safe space to learn. And I also like the constant open and honest communication we are always having.
The sales team is really good, the support team works extremely hard, engineering team is way into gaming

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having clearly defined core values and vision, leadership who seems to sincerely care about individuals not just the company
The leadership team seems to actually care about their employees and company culture, not just a top sales number or bottom line at all costs.
I feel like a person and not an employee. I feel supported. I feel like the environment is encouraging and exciting. The snacks are always great too.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a short, clear, and direct hiring process with open and honest communication.
How transparent Swell was with their compensation plan.
It was a very casual interview that felt like there was no pressure to perform or present yourself in a certain way. It felt like a conversation to see if you would enjoy doing what you are being interviewed to do.
Getting to know the hiring manager over multiple calls with different interviewers mostly focusing on culture fit
I didn't like interviews but I appreciated the email for the rejection and then the approval.

I feel empowered and motivated. I feel like I am learning so much and this position is propelling my career growth into hyperdrive.

Product issues, sold on things that aren’t real, unmet expectations; bad partnership
People are locked into year long contracts and the product is confusing and unstable

I enjoy the work life balance, interacting with my co workers, and being able to expand my skillset.

I think communication from certain teams could be improved.
