Having clearly defined core values and vision, leadership who seems to sincerely care about individuals not just the company

Being a startup and not having a lot of employees, most of us know each other and interact with each frequently which is great.
It's a new company so they want you to feel like your voice is heard. They provide open opportunities to move within the company to different department if you feel you may be happier doing something else.
