What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a short, clear, and direct hiring process with open and honest communication.
How transparent Swell was with their compensation plan.
It was a very casual interview that felt like there was no pressure to perform or present yourself in a certain way. It felt like a conversation to see if you would enjoy doing what you are being interviewed to do.
Getting to know the hiring manager over multiple calls with different interviewers mostly focusing on culture fit
I didn't like interviews but I appreciated the email for the rejection and then the approval.
I liked that it was a casual conversation to see if the it was good in both directions, rather than feeling like it was a test.

While interviewed, we actually spent a fair amount of time talking about who I am and what my goals are. It is relieving to know that the management/leadership at Swell care about me as an individual and respect my goals and aspirations.
I liked that I met the co-founders during the interview process.
