As a company we have worked incredibly hard to find the right executives to support our mission, our culture and most importantly, our people.

Authenticity. The people at Syapse are REAL. We work hard, have fun, support one another and we own our mistakes. I have yet to work with a better group of people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Syapse takes a considerable amount of effort in making sure that people are paid fair market value wages. We also have an incredible benefits package and plenty of perks along with that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working hard to make our culture better and to support our mission. No company is perfect however, at Syapse we are consistently asked to provide feedback on what's working and what isn't. Even better, Syapse acts on that feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I get to work with amazing people every day and I get to work on exciting and new problems every day. We are a relatively young and nimble company that allows people to grow, learn and discover.
