What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need a true leadership with a good management, not with authority but with respect and understanding about the work and the workers. Realy need to do what the customer as signed and finish the job in time, not the next years!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no true annual interview, it is just about fill a form and signed, managers don't know how managed team. Salary is not about what we do, but in the relationship with de Direction.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need team working and a good manager to deal with the CEO
