it comes in waves -- at times I've been extremely happy and other times I'm miserable. Lack of focus for the work you ask of your employees creates chaos, we can't do it all and that's okay, but we'll do better if you tell us where focus lies each year. Invest in modernizing antiquated technologies

sincerity, although decision making can be slow
