What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated hard working team spirit
Not everyone on the team does the same work (some have different work types) but they are all very responsive and willing to help when one member doesn't know how to handle an item/situation.
My immediate team and partner teams are great. Good hard working coworkers.

More cohesive work environment. More ethical management.
Coworkers need more accountability overall and more training in their respective disciplines.
