What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always very appreciative of our hard work, and even though the work is hard at least they do give bonuses and yearly raises to show appreciation for those working the hardest
They seem to care about their employees
Achieving work life balance is difficult given expectations vs staffing

Leadership is selected by favoritism instead of talent.
Good benefits for associates. Too political though.
