What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Learning new skills is highly encouraged, and they really want you to succeed. When new skills are learned they often reward you with raises as well.

Certain teams are nice and collaborative. Have nice people. Nice desks. Some locations have food stations and gyms for associates.

My co-workers are the most positive thing about the culture

Excellent support groups for LGBT+ women and non-whites.

There's a lot of space and flexibility to help you manage whatever you're going through in your home life.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To build a work culture of people first, and instill trust among co-workers

Better leadership training for all managers.

Stop treating admins like they are invisible. Learn how to develop the talent you have and stop hiring from the outside when you have talent right in front of you.
