Its a good company but its a mess when it comes to strategy. Short term thinking company with lots of potential. They just reverse decision faster than America changes president.

Past leadership was great people to work with. But some other need lot to be desired.

Everyone does everything. Its both good and bad. It means you can support from least expected place.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was interviewed two times. Second time I was hired. The person who rejected me the first time apologized to me but could not recognize my potential.
